that's exactly what i was going to say guyguy all you have to do is torch it becaues it's layered glass. it'll melt faster than normal glass in a 1:1 thickness ratio even if you dont melt it, just torch it for a few seconds then throw a bag of ice on it and you could probably just whack it open with the actual torch head.
